Best brakes for track out of tarox and brembo
Just wanted to ask people's opinion, what's the best for track out of Tarox 6 pots over 4pot brembo, was gonna run feredo ds2500 pads on standard discs, I completely cooked my brakes on my last track day as I only had Subaru 4pots with red stuff pads. Also do people think I should upgrade to 2 pot rear calipers. Look forward to see people info

My mate Scoobjam74 has 6 pots with Ferodo's and has done a few trackdays. He's had plenty of chances to change to Brembos but hasnt and is more than happy with them.
Obviously depends what power your running + driving style, Jamie has a 6 speed classic with 340/370 so its no slouch and the 6 pots stop it well.

Not sure if this helps but I run the standard gold brembos with standard discs and Pagid RS4-2 pads on my MY06 EDM Hawkeye STI with the standard RE070 tyres.
Braking performance is very strong - far better than with the standard pads in terms of initial bite, pedal feel and resistance to fade. I was also very impressed by the on-road manners of the pagids, no squealing and pretty decent bite from cold.
I have run Cosworth trackmaster pads and Ferodo DS2500 in the past. The cosworth pads were awful in my opinion - no braking power and terrible for fade (perhaps even worse than standard). The DS2500 were about the same as stock, i.e. not a patch on the Pagids.
The RS4-2 is a little more expensive than other pads but bloody hell it's worth it.
