Where's the cheapest place to buy a new ICV for a '99 impreza?
Part No : 22650AA240
So far I've found it for £277

Importcarparts.co.uk are the cheapest so far at £273, i'm hoping to find one cheaper though.

Yes, I also bought a used one which I unfortunately broke when cleaning so I'm just going to get a new one. It's alot of money for something so small but I guess I'll just have to do it.
Does anyone know what would be the consequences of trying one from a non-turbo? they are physically the same but a different part number.
