Their loud then are they?

Well just rung up Cobra Exhausts in Sheffield and they're fabricating me one up as I type this

It's a 2.5" system afaik to match with a standard downpipe for MOT purposes but I'm under no illusion no back box will be Nur Spec loud even with said DP. the little chav in me can't wait lol!!!

Oh, do you get a discount for forum members there? I'm collecting in an hour!

Come 12.30pm I was the proud owner of a 3" unresonated race tube catback system. Fitted it on my drive and **** me even with a standard downpipe it's loud! I frigging love it

Different to the deeper Nir Spec but a good bit of kit for under £275!

Neighbours will love me on a 6-2!!

I'd bet on it being slightly louder than a Blitz. Mine also seems to be louder when cold, but pops a good'n on over-run.

Blitz is a deeper, bassy sound whereas the Race tube is more 'raw' without being horribly raspy like some.

 

Mine was 107db at idle ! AT IDLE FFS !
