Can out pace E46 M3's with 312bhp, but thats a Spec C, you probably need much more in a classic

I blew away an e90 m3 in my spec c with 360 bhp
I reckon a 300 bhp classic would take an e46

Had a few M3's and couple of porche boxter S's try it on with my old wagon at 330/320 odd, it wasnt really a fair fight tbh ! down a slip road both get toasted by a well setup classic, a 911 turbo on the other hand is another matter
, I would be pulling over and letting Johnny by aswell
!

i have to be honest i am a bit optimistic about some of the comments on here, having a 360bhp blob last year i raced an M3 and yes initially off the line the subaru nails it after that the M3 catches up, they are still 340 odd bhp themselves so some bold claims i think on here.

A well set up 350bhp classic will munch a M3 no questions asked but I repeat 'WELL SETUP'!

650bhp is plenty enough to leave an m3 for dead, and there is enough left to see his mate off in the 911 too.

Put it this way if you had a classic and newage with 350/350 a piece, the classic would leave the newage[not for dead mind].
