2002 impreza WRX runs as standard a Mitsubishi TD04 turbo. Small, so not a lot of lag but doesn't flow a lot of air so power usually 270-280 BHP on a de-cat.

More like 260-270bhp. Your TD04 will max at around 280
Dump valve and cone filter may actually reduce bhp.
Enjoy and welcome to Scoobynet

Next step is usually the TD05, VF34 or VF35. With mods usually hit the 330-340 BHP. Outside choice is Andy forrests modified TD04. This is a good read for your car

Andy Forrest AFP 04-H Turbo is pretty unusual and would have been a selling point in the advert...have you a link to the original sale ?

I have no personal eperience of them so can't comment. However Mocom seem to provoke a "marmite" response to posts on here LOL

does it have a de-cat up pipe ?! its the most restrictive, worth getting . and the £600 remap is because of having to pay for the license . good to see another bug owner

The Bug headligt conversion into quads are "Morettes" as InitialD said. Smoked repeaters with silvatec bulbs look a lot classier

if you mean indicators ? that are on the wing then just ebay some , i got smoked for subaru fitment for 4.50 with bulbs and their fine . or if you mean the repeater at the bottom of each headlamp ? just take the morrette cover off the headlight " couple of skrews " and spray them with tint spray , ive used "foliatech" spray on my old brake lights and it works very well

Ah.........the side markers you mean (without any bulbs)? just rub them down and paint or swap for some carbon ones

painting calipers is a very easy job , but spend a nice amount of time cleaning with wire wool and small wire brush . i think painting with brush is best instead of rattle cans as you can apply a thicker coat if you have the calipers with raised lettering on them paint over them wait til paint has fully dried then sand the letters to expose the metal lettering and its all nice and neat then
