Have you check to make sure that all the feeds are tightened properly? Could be very likely that it slowly has come loose and started losing oil more and more. Also check your pipes that they haven't cracked or anything like that. Would check that first really, but can you tell us where from it's leaking?

It's the return pipe.
To fix this properly you would need some new hose (as the old one is hardened) and some good wormdrive clamps (as the stock spring clamps tend to be non- reusable)

You could get some generic oil hose from a car parts store, that will probably be cheaper
(however, I am not sure about the diameter)
Jubilee clips are perfect, just get some that are ribbed, but not slotted (the slotted ones tend to chafe/grate the hose when tightening.
This is a good one.

These should be avoided IMHO
