Car is back, BIG thanks to...
Just a quick appreciation thread really. I blew my bottom end up about 4 weeks ago, so I've had a new engine fitted and decided to upgrade a few parts whilst the engine was out.
Big thanks to:
driveeminpushemout - lovely strong engine
s7ewt - RCM400 turbo, brilliant stuff
chtpcpo - intercooler splitter
I also bought a fuelab 3port FPR and fitting kit off someone on here but I can't remember who it was - but thanks!
Also added an RCM fuel pump, and FiveO 750cc Injectors.
Massive thank you to Darren @ DLM Autos for fitting all my parts and making my car special again. Brilliant work, and very good price indeed!
Now I'm just looking forward to this weekend, as not only is it my birthday, but my car is being mapped by Bob Rawle with the help of Harvey Smith, so a big thanks to them in advance for their services.
So good to have her back, as it was a big decision to splash the cash instead of getting rid or breaking after the engine popped, but despite my bank balance looking rather sorry for itself at the moment, I don't regret making the right decision for a minute
Cheers for all your help and support so far guys, appreciate it.
David
