Hi thinking of putting an Sti scoop on my blob wrx can any one tel me the profile difference between th two scoops ( how high they are from the bonnet ) cheers

 

I think the sti scoop is 4 inches high. Might be wrong about that tho.

 

I think the big scoop looks daft on Bugs and Classics, spoil the cars front profile. Why are you wanting to change it?

I wanna get an STi scoop for a bug and put on a bug, like above I hate the blob eye onwards scoops on bugs or classics

 

Think the bonnet cut out might be different aswell

 

Why are you wanting to change it? Have you got ther STI intercooler and undertray?

 

No just like the look of the Sti scoop

 

I know this is my bugeye (Duh!) but for the sake of reference between wrx and sti scoops, Id expect this much of a difference on the blob too.

I don't know if the blob and hawk sti scoops are different but the hawk sti scoop is 6cm high.

 

The Sti blob scoop is a direct fit on the wrx only thing you will need is the undertray if your still running the wrx top mount or have a Sti top mount to go on later.

Hope this helps, fingers crossed i shall get my HTautos Sti scoop in the next few weeks.

its a chargespeed carbon fibre one and is huge in comparison
