I need to update my camera collection. At the moment i've got a Fuji bridge camera which is ok but it doesnt take good pics in low light and isnt rechargable.

I'm going to replace that with a compact, preferably one with HD/video but also want a camera for the car for trackdays etc.

I dont want to spend a huge amount on this as it wont get a huge amount of use so wont be stretching to a Go Pro etc. If theres anything out there on a budget, with a decent picture and sound quality then let me know.
