Default manual boost controller

i have got a my99 turbo 2000 i have just been found a manual boost controller that i bought for my last turbo impreza im just wondering if to fit it or not. do remappers need one fitted to the car as will be having mine mapped in about febuary

Chuck it in the bin mate, a mapper will alter boost via the ecu.
You could always lob it on eBay the old Nissan boys love a MBC!!

ok cheers lads wont bother with it then was just going to up the boost a little but if dangerous will stay away

definate no no mate, ecutek is the only (and safest) option for an MY99 unless you go for an aftermarket ecu.
