Hi there was just wondering if anyone knows if the revolution 3" system for classics is a true 3" exhaust?

Where it connects to the downpipe is it a true 3" or the usual 2.5"?

I'm after 3" as my downpipe is 3" all the way through and currently connects to a 5ziegen border system that has a 2.5" flange which must hurt flow quite a bit. I'm not going to modify it as it's too loud with my PE equal manifold and heard the revolution is quieter hopefully..

 

Yes it is a 3inch all the way through. i have one on my wagon and it rarely goes over 96db on trackdays

 

I had the cat-back on my Blob WRX and liked it. I thought at the time that it was quiet but looking back you could hear it coming up the street and occasionally set off car alarms as i drove past

When I went for it fitting they had a variety of fixings so i'm pretty sure they will be able to customise it to suit your requirements. Give them a call

 

It is one of the few reasonably priced true 3" systems, it's on my shortlist along with milltek and magnex for a quieter replacement for my blitz so I can consider track days

 

i have it on my car its just right the sound and yeah true 3 inch but then mien has got some rcm headers which help the sound
