Newbie has broken the scooby after second day help

Default Newbie has broken the scooby after second day help

Have purchased an r reg impreza and thought the steering was heavy yesterday now on way home tonight I have no power steering at all have checked the belt tension and the fluid, but with the fluid the pressure is pushing past the filler cap and pissing the fluid all over engine help would be appreciated

Pump has failed, happened on my p1.

try not to drive the car with the ps fluid over the engine as if it gets on to the exhaust manifold, you might have a big fire on your hands. and its alot harder to put out than petrol
