As much as the new Scooby may be a nice car, I`ve never been a fan. Mainly due to the change from saloon to hatch..

I`ve always disliked Astras and Focus`s, so seeing the beloved Scooby resemble them so much really put me off.

But........ In all fairness, I`m old school scooby, so put a classic up against any version and the classic will always get my vote..

 

On looks alone the classic wins hands down.

i parked next to a standard wrx hatch today and what a sorry looking weedy small wheeled thing it looked,
without sti wide arches and wheels it looks like a mazda 3 with a hole in the bonnet.

they do them with a hole in the bonnet and the look a bit like a proton lol the only ones i like the look of is the classics and after going up against my mats 2009 scooby with 390 bhp and spanking him he's even lookin for a classic again lol

always going to be a classic

The hatches just look wrong without the sti arches.

 

Yeah if it had been a 2007 hawkeye saloon or an STI hatch, it would have got my vote

 

Classic just looks right, the Hatch looks like a generic hatch

Hatch back impreza look poo, all large hatchs look silly.

 

Classic all day long. Anything after 2000 has me yawning with suicidal thoughts...

 

The blob and the hawk are the best scoobs.

 

Classic all day long, that's why I want one and I will have one one day. Then it will just be a case of do I use the blob or the classic. Can't wait for that day
