After 4 years of owning my 2006 STI Spec D I have traded it in for a Mercedes!
Its been a great car and never really let me down.
I have had a few issues along the way but hay so would every car.
I'm going to be very sad when I have to hand it over at the weekend but my circumstances have changed now and I need a more practical car.
I'm going to list some of the things That I like and dislike about the car having to live with it for the last 4 years!

Still love the styling, lots of square edges but aggressive.
Wheels are great, standard design standard colour, only way for me.
Brembo brakes![Notworthy](https://www.scoobynet.com/images/smilies/notworthy.gif)
Gearbox is so positive, feels great.
Power delivery (mapped 334 bhp-360 Torque) never got bored with it.
leather interior always looked at bit more smarter than having blue fabric!
Exhaust sound, nothing better than the sound of a scoob (H&S straight through all the way to a prodrive bb).
Not getting stuck in the snow (unbelievable grip).
Being part of a friendly scooby community.
Dislikes
Suspension, very bad quality in so many ways.
Road noise and interior rattles.
Road tax cost.
Constant worries about head gasket and piston failure.
I have learnt so many things from this site and really enjoyed the banter. its also got me into the world of detailing which is like a hobby for me now.
In a few years if I have some spare cash I would love to come back with a classic Impreza for the weekends so who knows.
