Don't understand why people are mad on buying solar panels to recover the cost of them takes that long if your over 50 will be dead before you break even but to answer your question get the house and use the rent to finance a hawk spec c and get a lm400 fitted best of both worlds then

40k in the bank gives you £19 a week interest which you could fritter away on lunch every week l
If your property and cash portfolio is strong enough ,get the cosworth it's worth it just for the feel good factor and when you open the garage every morning and see it then drive it ,well that's what's life is all about
