The sensors do the same job whether it's for a skoda or a zonda. As long as the thread size on the take offs are the same they will work. As said though a little more info would help, i.e gauge make and which ones you have.

They are pretty universal mate, if they are going for a good price get them, if they don't fit it will only be a couple of quid for thread adaptors to make them fit.

Sounds like a good deal.
There are loads of help, or how to threads on this topic on here, do a search first, then come back and ask if there's owt you don't understand.
Basically, as above, SENDERS will be ok so long as they are with the gauges, you might need an adpator to fit the oil TEMPERATURE sender above No3 cylinder and an extension/adaptor to fit the oil PRESSURE sender, or fit it AS WELL AS the OE o/p switch.

DO NOT use a sandwich plate, lazy man's solution, and BOTH senders end up in totally the wrong place for the most accurate results. Ditto oil sump bung adaptors.

Boost is generally easy, just either T it off the pipe from the dumpvalve, or use the unused nipple on front of the inlet, if it's there.
