I would get them from scoobyparts http://www.scoobyparts.com/acatalog/...98_-_2000.html. The lights on ebay are a joke for descriptions and quality.
Are they manual adjusters?

I just bought some black crystal headlights from Jason at scoobybits (www.scoobybits.co.uk) as he was coming down my way to pick up a car I met up with him.
Now they are non genuine ones but made by a firm called "depo" but the quality of the lights seem really good, no issues at all and im glad I bought non genuine new ones rather then genuine used ones.
Problem with EBay is everyone describes things as "mint" & "immaculate" when in reality its not, hence why I usually hate buying used parts if I cant see it in person or get some decent high resolution pics.

My MY00 had 1 subaru light and 1 DEPO replacement, both with electric adjusters and they were fine.
The depo ones are just as good as the subaru ones in build quality etc
