how do i go about remaping my v1???

couple of options, new ECU or ESL onto existing board in ECU and get mapping

You need to contact a mapper who will talk you through your options. There are quite a few on this site and I'm sure one of them will be along shortly.

as above, Simtek, Apexi or ESL on your existing ecu are a few options.

Budget between £550 and £1200 depending on what you plan to do long term

Speaking from personal experience it hard to beat the esl bang for buck
