turbo timer with harness from a hawkeye to my 2002 bug wagon will it be plug and play?

May depend on make but would say yes judging from the Blitz website, they list a harness for the early imprezas 92-97 then another for all imprezas >97

Turbo timer: at best a waste of money, at worst, illegal and a danger to the engine.
