Sitting here watching the MotoGP boys at Suzuka (isn't Ui a nutter ?!!)

I think *spoon* is an awesome corner and got to thinking. If you could take all the best corners to make your own personal circuit what would you include ?

I'll start it with a couple that everyone will probably include.....

Eau Rouge ....Spa......of course
Karussel..... Nurburgring

Some faves of mine,

Craner Curves.........Donnington
Spoon ................Suzuka
Corkscrew ............Laguna Seca scary !
Gooseneck.............Cadwell
Paddock Hill Bend.....Brands
Scheivlak ............Zandvoort

Lets hear it for more great corners..

Dingle Dell....Brands (Get some airtime if you're hard enough )

Cheers

Thumbs up

Ian

Bombhole,Bobbies....yep
How did I forget Mountain ?? Should remember flying over here in a certain blue/yellow rocket sled

Never done Dingle Dell....not sure I'd want to in my own car..

If we keep adding corners it'll be longer than the 'Ring

Oulton. Up under Dunlop bridge and round Druids I think it is - double apex.

Have to agree with the rest, especially corkscrew, Laguna.

DJ - great thread this

You've already got my three all time favourites:

Paddock at Brands (I remember it was pretty special in Puff's and your car at Brands last year)
Craner Curves at Dono (particularly when experienced from the passenger seat of Mr Felstead's turbo nutter Westfield ).
Eau Rouge IMHO - simply the greatest piece of race track in the world, never get tired of watching cars go through there.

Cool thread!

What about the Shell oils hairpin at Oulton? I've heard if your drunk and happen to be on it at night you roll down it cos it's that steeply banked, allegedly!

The tunnel at Monaco, just so you can wind your window down!

If I could only pick one corner, my vote would definately go to the Raidillon aka Eau Rouge.

The Ring may have most of the corners mentioned in some form, but *not* Eau Rouge.

Mother of all corners IMHO. (it's not even a corner actually)
