I went to subaru garage today about the recall for lower arms and they couldn't find.my registration or chassis number on there system. They found it on the parts system but no info on colour only as wrx has anyone ever heard of this before the garage were well stumped.

im in the army and registered my old focus with them in germany. the car gets new plates and log book etc. When i re registered it with the dvla i had the same problem. when taking it to the ford garage and on HPI check they couldnt find the car, all that came up was the make, no colour or spec.
Its a long shot but the car could of been owned by a squaddy who registered it in germany under the british army.
