Hello all just had my timing belt changed on the classic, the old belt was out by two teeth but new belt is properly aligned. What implications could the old belt have caused by being out by two teeth?

im a mechanic by trade and you will be surprised the amount of cars i change cambelts on to find out that they are a couple of teeth out of time, usually there are no implications if there are no abscure noises coming from your scoob you will be ok.
