Millers Oils NANODRIVE CFS 10w-50 NT Full Synthetic Engine Oil

just browsing opie oils and it seems they have changed or got a new and improved oil called cfs nanondrive.. so whats the difference and benefit over the normal millers cfs we all use?
it costs a lil more but is it worth the extra?
