You should be Ok when you are fit the fuel pump before remap

255LPH should be OK for your needs

I currently have a Walbro 255 in my car. It is very noisy and of late I've heard some horror stories about them. Plus the fact they are expensive and only offer 1 year warranty.

I've just bought a HRC 255 from HRC on eBay. Paid for it Tuesday afternoon and received it Wednesday morning !!!
Haven't fitted it yet but know a few fellas who use them. Appear quieter and offer double the warranty period that Walbro offer. Going to install it on Saturday so will post up the results, seems a well made piece though.

I've been advises by Rich@FB Tuning to get one before mapping, and I'm glad I did. It's fairly cheap, and after some research I could only find good reviews about them. Walbro? There have been some horror stories. even on the new ones that were shutting them Seles down after fitting/mapping.

Had a HRC on mine for over a year and its been good as gold, never used a walbro so can't really comment to much on them. HRC was cheaper and better warranty so I figured worth a punt, glad I did as well.

Guys thanks to all you Group Buyers. HRC only do pumps and fuel parts. We have everything made to our specs. If its cheaper than us go for it but there may be a reason why its cheap? - Maybe not.

All of our pump products are well developed and carry a 2yr warranty.

Pumps intank are 255, 290, 310 and 340 LPH.....350 lph in test now for launch later this year. Currently developing 380LPH as ultimate intank. We will be releasing our new dual out of tank with 2.5litre surge tank before end of summer.

Thanks for all of your support
Rob
