Yes, I first spotted it on eBay mate.
Yeah, I am still not so sure about the scoop. The front splitter, scoop and spoiler are all carbon fibre items. I have the original receipt for that front splitter and it was £415
I quite like the carbon on white effect. Only problem with the carbon items, especially the scoop, are there appears to be a milky type of effect going on. Not sure if this is under the clear coat or not yet.
Yes, thats pretty much bang on. I was trying to figure out what had been done to the engine. The seller claims it is producing 330bhp, ive had many cars that were actually producing 330bhp or more and I dont think this is anywhere near 330bhp, maybe 300 at a push.
It had just under £3k of work done to the engine in 2009 including new ECU, unsure of make, HKS air temp temp sensor replacing the MAF, which could point to there being a Simtek in there. I cant see any switches to select maps and also trying to change the map with the throttle technique does not seem to do anything either. The check engine light is acting as a shift light and also a knock signal, which I know Simtek does but pretty sure other aftermarket ECU also do this. I suppose I will have to take a look in the foot well to see whats in there.
Thanks for your replies so far
