Hiya, exact same thing happened to me, you have to activate the account, should get an email then go onto that and there will be instructions how to activate.
If you've already tried that then get in touch with scoobynet ('contact sn' at the top of the page) and tell them, they will then reset something for you and it should work, or atleast mine did.
