my mate has paid for his membership (option 2) but he cant post anywhere.

any ideas ??

Hiya, exact same thing happened to me, you have to activate the account, should get an email then go onto that and there will be instructions how to activate.

If you've already tried that then get in touch with scoobynet ('contact sn' at the top of the page) and tell them, they will then reset something for you and it should work, or atleast mine did.

same happened to me when i joined as above get in contact with SN and they'll rest it for you
