Cool

Hi all,

Some of you may or may not know that I have a personal website on The Subaru Impreza.

It's now reaching it's 2nd Birthday on the Internet, so I thought a revamp/makeover was in order.

It has taken me 2 months on and off to get this end result.(I have been pressed for time!!)

I have generally kept the same kind of format but, changed some of the graphics and tried to make the pages download a bit faster.

What i would like is some constructive critisism or your thoughts

What I would like to know is-
1. If you have previously visited the site before, is it better now?
2. If you have not visited the site before, what dod you think of it?
3. What does it look like with different resolutions? (I have primarily created the site with a 800*600 resolution)
4. Are there any flaws.

I know that the intro page needs some work (will deal will that in time) but everything seems ok to me, I have just proof read everything.

Your thoughts would be appreciated.
If you decide to slate the site, bear in mind it is a personal website and not an expensive company website.

The address is:

Muddy.

Hi Muddy

I remember coming across your site a while back, and I must admit your new site is much improved. I can see you have put a lot of work into it, keep up the good work !

Can we have some better pics of the MY01/02 Scooby though please

Good,
but too many things falshing and moving about, distacting to the eye if you are trying to read some of the text giving the user a headache and going for the "back" button pritty fast!
Also too much info on the home page, u don't want people to be overloaded at the start with information, rather let them discover it as they go further into the site.

A good effort though!

Thanks for all your encouraging comments.
It seems not all my time has been wasted.

I know the home page is rather crowded. But i have used the little experience I have gained with the website over the 2 years, to conclude that the home page is "The" most important page on a website (well it doesn't take rocket science to work that one out). Anyway thanks for the opinion on the flashy stuff, but for the time being it is staying.

I will try and update the Galleries ASAP, as I have just finished the makeover of the site it hasn't left me much time to put new material in yet. I hope to have more pictures of the MY01/02, a lot of my U.S visitors are requesting this as well.

Terzo333,
Nice to hear from you, I will mail you end of this week about the spoiler (that's if your still interested!!)

Steve,
Have you been hiding m8.

By the way, if anybody wants there car featuring drop me an email.
If you have a website you want adding to my Links page drop me an email.

Thanks again for you comments.

Keep them coming.

Thanks again fella's.

Some familiar faces, Leigh and JonnyGav- How are U?

Anyway, please keep your comments coming.

I'm especially interested in comments on resolution sizes and how the site looks with higher resolutions. I only have a 15" monitor, what's it like with a 21" etc.
Just wondering whether I'm giong to have to create extra pages for a higher resolution.

Thanks again.

Muddy
