Could anybody tell me the exact length of the blitz nur spec cat back for a uk 2003 sti

Looking for the measurement from the tip of the tail pipe to the flange at the other end IN A STRAIGHT LINE

Im led to believe the jdm version is a bit longer due to smaller cat on jdm cars ?

Any help would be great

 

MY03/04 JDM would have a longer centre de res pipe (as per classic fitment) due to not having the baffle where the 2nd cat is on a UK car (on the down pipe so JDM has a shorter down pipe on the above 2 years).
UK one will be longer but you should be able just to order for your car, its the JDM owners who normally have to go out of the way for measurements

Cheers tony , i already have the blitz , bought it second hand , just wanting to check its the right one , no part numbers etc are on it , laid it down next to car and it looks close in length but not quite bang on

 

Scoobyclnic have just told me over the phone that all blitz nur spec systems after 2001 are identical and they fit the same model to all cars regardless of whether its jdm or uk etc

He said that they dont offer a different system for jdm cars , thats scoobclinic !!

Dont think thats true surely

Need the length of the centre section if poss , for a uk car

Also are the jdm models quieter or dont blitz comply with jasma etc

Jay, they are wrong, the my05-07 jdm has the same length centre as a uk car but as said, the my03/04 is longer.

You won't have an issue if you have a uk car, you may find its just the 03/04 jdm owners who do.

The centre section on my blitz nur spec r is 135cm

Its roughly 10cm too long , the hanger on centre section doesnt line up

My car is 2003 sti type uk

 

I'd measure up a centre off an my05 but I've done my back in so it's hard to walk let alone bend down to measure something

 

Somebody please give me a measurement , there must be loads of you on here with blitz

Just need centre section length on either jdm or uk system so i can see what i have

 

10cm too long does seem like a classic/my03/04 JDM centre section length difference.
