He one here go mod nats this week end. If so what you think of it. I went and was very disappointed. Same old cars and lack of trade stands etc. don't thinknill be goin next year

 

every show i popped to over the past few years i seem to find there less and less trade stands, a lot of pointless cars and dirty old promo birds, in my opinion anyways

 

agreed, shows seem to be going down hill. but i will deffo be going usc as i had a wicked time there last year.

 

USC was a good weekend 10 years ago. I went every year from about 2000 up until about 2006.
Every year it got worse and worse with more and more meat heads attending. One year we came back to the cars to find some **** had kicked my mates car in..

Same with modified nationals, was pretty good a few years back but as with the rest, turned to sh1te.

 

Dunno what's happening to them
All but was hoping to get a few bits and pieces sort the Scooby but just rubbish being sold. Yest and the promo girls are terrible now. Make me wonder if the shows are worth goin to any more or if there day have passed

 

saying about usc i used to go before i was driving and then every year but last yeah i went for the day and was shocked at how poor it really was

 

are you surprised?

performance cars are a luxury, companies dont have the money in their budgets for marketing and promotion so less and less companies will attend meets and festivals

going to get a lot worse with only the major manufacturers being able to attend
