Default Bk nightmare

I've recently bought a spare alloy from BK, i gave them all the info off the alloy and they could not tell me which alloy i needed. So i had to work it out for myself.

Then i asked what else these alloys would fit as multi fitment. They said they didn't know.

Then upon receiving the alloy there was no carbon insets on the spokes. So after contacting them again, they said i have to purchuse them, why would they not give this information out when buying alloy.

All this from a British company. Really cheesed of with poor service we have to put up with.

My wife bought some BK alloys for her Scooby a couple of years back and the level of service was pretty poor to say the least, never again.....

Poor isn't the word, how can you not know what your own alloys fit. I won't be bothering again unless there free
