I love these kind for sale ads where they estimate the power by "racing" a car that has X-bhp so the car for sale must be Y-bhp

ebay's full of adverts like this which is why i don't even bother looking. I'd get the point if the sellers wrote a genuine and sensible advert i'd just accept it as someone elses poor taste in mods, it's the bull**** power figures that pisses me off. Just under 500bhp from a 20g because he sat beside a 480bhp Evo.

 

Bigger turbo, front mount, de-cat, removed MAF and not even had the fueling checked.

to all of it, got it saved on our e-bay for a laugh too. we live close to chelmsford but never seen it on road so beware don't know where it is exactly but you would notice it. was one near us but this particular one was only painted six month's ago the one near us was on the road and sold private (i think) before 6 months ago

I have seen this while at Lakeside 1 Saturday night and it does look nice, but the huge intercooler sticking out the front is just wrong and the fact its unmapped and not running a MAF would make me steer well clear of it.

It does look nice in the flesh but thats mainly down to the colour and its obvious this guy really has no idea what he's doing as anyone with a bit of knowledge of Subaru's would tell him that this needs to be mapped for what he's done to it and given that he's been driving it without it being mapped the damage could have already been done so eventually this is going to go BANG in a big way.
