Hi Guys,

I'm planning to buy some STI 2006 parts from a guy in Blackpool that advertises on Belgian websites. He says he has a garage that brakes Subaru's. The only way I can do business with him is to pay in front. He doesn't have Paypal. Now I'm a little bit worried I'll pay the money and never get my parts (more than 3000 pounds) Is there perhaps someone that lives in the area that can check this guy out? I'm willing to pay some gasmoney!

I don't think it is scoobyspares. He said he wasn't a Scoobynet member.

As above really need more details there are quite alot of members located in that area I believe so should be able to get some feedback hopefully for u ....

 

You are definitely doing the right thing in checking this out. Too many people have been burned with scammers or very dodgy people.

Go on the LADS forum as most of the members are near Preston which is 20 miles from Blackpool
Anyone who is a established breaker some of the LADS would know of him

If you are spending £3000 ish pounds, use a well known breaker such as Scoobyspares, who are up the road from Blackpool.

I doubt Blackpool Honda would be breaking Subaru's...?!?

 

I'm thinking the same. Price is also a bargain so I think this is a big scam!

 

there is no one who breaks Subaru's in Blackpool area bar us so i would be very careful buddy there is other car breakers but no one specializes in subaru's like we and i doubt blackpool honda brake cars
