Word of advice...if you are planning to use the springs on stock struts, go only for the prodrive (blue ones) springs or order a set of MachV,Epic springs or Swift sport springs from the USA. Anything else with end in a harsh and not even better/faster ride . Stay away from Tein, eibach, they will kill your struts in a jiffy.

Eibach springs transformed my wagon; got grease nipple added to rear struts. Rides much better.

STi Struts and Eibach springs are probably the best combination I have ever used on a wagon. I've had three wagons!

Do I need to go for wagon specific springs or would a set up off a saloon be ok. Am worried about having a saggy ***.....

No, the stiffer springs will compensate for that. Wagons need wagon struts though - saloon ones will reduce the amount of negative camber available at the rear (though this can be fixed with camber bolts).

If lowering, it's a good idea to get some roll center adjusters too.

So if I got a set of STI shocks and Springs off a saloon and a set of Camber bolts I'd be ok???

Should be... plenty of Foresters with that setup and they're a little heaver still at the rear.

AxaQ4 and Gigsy are on the money.

Eibach Pro's are a terrible spring. Only a tad better than Tein's as they maintain some front height, but too low, poor progression and too soft and bouncy, really stay away.
