I am sure they are in the same tax as a blob wrx, about £260. I also think they are twinscroll 2.0, that's if it's the import one I am thinking of.

Owned a WRX-S in white for 18 months, 2009-11. Around 27 mpg and in the top tax bracket (i.e. around £450). Subaru dealer fitted Prodrive quad back box and remap under warranty. Good cars.

I've yet to hear of a WRX or WRX-S hatch going pop and those in the trade on here will back that up. The WRX-S was only £19.1k when new in 2009, so you shouldn't pay anymore than half that for a low mileage three year old example. Some jokers are still asking £13k plus.
