Dear lord........again i will give you the same advice as ive given you on most of the threads of yours
full decat or sportscat exhaust system (for mot)
decent panel filter
walbro 255 fuel pump
and a remap (ecutek)
should see you in the high 200's bhp wise.
if you want more (300+bhp) then add..
bigger turbo (vf34/35 for example)
bigger injectors (pink 550's)
STI TMIC (possably)
all this will need to be set up so remapping is a must!
this advice comes from a member who has owned both classic and newage, and its the same basis for both

Fella, you've had the correct advice many times already. Why keep asking the same questions when experienced members have already pointed you in the right direction.
Take the advice you already got in your other thread....

My old my97 uk turbo had the following:
newage intercooler
induction kit
uprated panel filter
bailey dv (really wasn't necessary but wasn't me who put it on )
full decat flame spitting exhaust (good for keeping ppl off my tail)
possibly some other engine mods that I can't remember
was running 250bhp on enginetuner dyno. Was a nice toy to play with but got a better one now

OP, I'll say it once more as I get bored quick...
My99 uk wagon:
3" decat exhaust
Green cotton panel filter
Walbro fuel pump
ECU remap by Bob Rawle
284/317
The end. Not rocket science...
