Default Which oil Shell Helix or Shell Spirax?

Just new on here... can you help!?
My 03 STI prodrive is due a gearbox & diff oil change, its running Shell Helix 75w-90 but I've seen some Shell Spirax 75w-90 going cheap on a well known auction site. What do you think? cheers

Castrol Syntrax for me every time. You dont change the gear oil that often so pay the extra and get some decent stuff in there.
