A pal has one. It's unfortunately in the garage at the moment after its engine decided to **** itself.
I think it's a lovely car, looks good, sounds good, nice inside etc but just doesn't get your adrenaline pumping. Not overly fast and quite a heavy lump to throw around. Will feel very cumbersome compared to you classic.

I was foolish to think turning 30 would turn off the Impreza love!

Certainly not in a rush myself! Got 8 years on you Craigy!

One of the best all round drivers cars available imo.

Anyone that says they are not fun and prefers a Scoob for that reason, quite simply does not know how to drive RWD.

If you're a driver more than a "modder", this is one the best cars to get.

Errrrrmmmmmm,,,, an rs4 avant weighs just 60kg more than a M3 coupe and actually 40kg less than an M3 convertible.
Add in the fact it has 35 more bhp, 55lbft more torques and ofcourse audi's 4x4 system it's by far a match for an M3 and far from a boat.

100% with you on that bud,

the M3 is just a stunning all rounder's, totaly different to a scoob,
now having an M5, , (in the for sale section) ,wow even better IMO than the M3, a few more
pony's to compensate the weight, the sound of the V8 and total luxury
win's me over, realy dose feels like your driving a supercar .

What sort of mpg does it return, being a big V8 and 450 bhp?

I think 25mpg average is a bit optimistic.
