Who's best to insure a UK spec scoob with a PPP. Do they recognise these modifications as being Factory Items rather than Halfords Add-Ons.

See my thread on the UK spec insurance forum. It seems to depend on your individual circumstances - I've had reasonable quotes from RAC, Tesco and Privilege, but much higher quotes from other companies that have been more competitive for others.

I'm currently with Greenlight, who do at least know what the PPP is, but I don't think the fact that it's a factory approved mod makes any difference to most firms. Greenlight quoted me an increase of 9%, which sounds very reasonable.

Andy.

Cool

AXA know what it is but charge extra. Not sure how much a year as only 3 months left on this years. Think its about 15%.
