Wink Window advice

I am looking for two front glass window panels front & passenger side for a 2005 WRX as mine are scratched. What year & models of car fit mine please?

I don't know about the bugs, blobs and hawks but with the classics i've been informed that there's no getting around the scratching as the way they're made.

If you want replacements speak to mattbr@poleposition : you'll find him in the trader section. Top bloke, more than reasonable prices and great service.

Just replaced mine, found a mint set for my classic, it's these metal clips that guide the windows, have fabric on them but this wears in 2 seconds

After some research I believe its the window stabilising guides apparently they harden over time & cause scratches/scuffs to the glass - a real pain in the little miss muffet.

Have sourced some new ones but not for my model & they are a ridiculous price! I have tried a few dismantlers on Ebay with no success thus far which is frustrating.

I am reluctant to change the glass until I can source the guides but just needed to know from a compatability perspective & if anyone knew if the glass is interchangeable

I go a set with my new glass, they wasn't new, I just soaked them in soapy water and used a nail brush light and they went from a hard block to a fluffy fabric again, so far no issues but i do try not to use my windows as much

I just spoke to Scott at Scoobyspares & he said the same. So they are gonna source the glass & clean up existing guides.

Cheers bud!
