Question Best Handling Set up for V4 Sti

First of all sorry for the post as i know there are probably at least 100 more just like it but i'm getting all confused and can't decide on what to believe.

I have a V4 Sti. I do not use it on the track and spend most of my time "Drving Miss Daisy". However when i do have a bit of "Fun" while driving to work at 0430 in the morning i want to get the best out of my car.

I currently have G.A.B adjustable coilovers which have been set very hard, believed to be ready for track use.

My idea, once taking your advice is to have all the bits fitted and set up by Rich@FB Tuning.

My idea is: -

Whitline front ARB 22mm
Whiteline Rear ARB 24mm adjustable
Whitline anti lift kit
Whiteline solid drop links front and rear
This is all coming to about £600+

Now, the dilema(s).

I have heard a few people say that the rear ARB gets rid of a lot of the understeer. If you put a front one on it re introduces it. Is this correct?

I know there are other companies out there such as CDF who do similar products, are they as good or better?

Where to buy from? I know there's a group buy going on with indigo-gt and scoobyparts are doing them quite cheap as well.

Thanks in advance

You have both front and rear ARBs already so I assume you mean will putting an upgraded one on the front re introduce understeer - not with your other mods. The rear has a bigger influence and although theoreticLly you are right the 22F/ 24 adjustable R is a good balance. Good selection of mods there to get a good handling mix (apart from the coil overs although if you can live with the too hard nature of them or get them adjusted to be more compliant to Uk roads it would be better).

Only bits missing for me would be bushes, some caster adjustment and a good fast road / " prodrive" geo setup

Some good info here

Thanks Fatboy

The set up will be done when it's all fitted and the suppliers i've been speaking to include bushes with the sell. I am aware that i already have ARB's and plastic/rubber droplinks.

The thread helps as well.
