Wrap looks sh*te on intercooler pipes and does next to **** all too.

Take the wrap off and paint with VHT wrinkle.

I can't understand the theory of wrapping the hot pipe - it'll just keep the heat in something that you want to cool as quick as possible? Wrapping the cold pipe with heat reflecting tape seems sensible (I've done this)

In my opinion I would bin the wrap as it looks untidy..

Are the pipes in good condition or are they marked..if marked can it polish out??

If I was going to paint them I'd personally go for silver..the black parts you have look good.but also doing the intercooler pipes aswell would be to much..

With the blue silicone joints I'd use good quality jubilee clips..At the end of the day most front mounts use these joints so won't look bad..

Alan....

Keeps excess heat out, maybe?

I was advised by Martyn Jeffrey many moons ago to wrap the hot pipe.

Had to find the comment to ensure I remembered correctly.
