Yep.

If spool is a problem, talk to Harvey, he's a mine of info.

did a bit of nosing around and the td06 has a bigger garret compressor wheel fitted which might make it a bit laggy but it said it was a 400 bhp turbo. what did it make?

sounds like it might be a td06 then bud as ive read the 20g is a 360-380 bhp turbo and the 06 is more a 400 bhp turbo like the figures yours made? but they both have bigger housings so that doesnt help in identifying it!

i dont know if this will help but im running a tdo5 20g and mine is 382bhp but an andy f 20g will make over 400bhp, i think the best way is to measure the inernals or send it away for an examination

Stick a set of ported headers on and up-pipe, will really help with spool. You will need a map tweak though unfortunately.

TD05 is smaller than TD06,TD06 have bigger inlet/outlet plus bigger exhaust housing

Here is few difference:

On this picture smaller turbo is TD05,bigger is TD06

On this picture is difference in the turbine wheel, smaller is TD05 and bigger is TD06
