Simplest way is to make a small bracket that attaches via nut & bolt to the end of the pipework and to the inlet manifold (where you will have removed the TMIC bracket). This stops it flapping about loose but doesn't enhance your engine bay. You can remove it all together and substitute a T-piece and hose extensions so they do the same job but can be tucked neatly out of the way. Or you can go track style and re-pipe into a catchcan.
