should i buy a prodrive ecu

Default should i buy a prodrive ecu

alright i have a 2000(w reg) turbo 2000 impreza with y7 ecu and cant decide whether to buy a prodrive ppp ecu what would the benifits be and any downside to them ive fitted a v7 sti intercooler,full decat exhaust,hks air filter. also can the prodrive ecu be remapped any advice/help be much appreciated thanks ian

Dont buy a Prodrive ecu, just have your current ecu mapped to suit the mods. You will end up with far better results.
Speak to someone like Paul at ZEN performance or Simon (jolly green monster) on here for your best options.

I'd also suggest doing it sooner rather than later if you've already bolted those mods on.

thanks all i was told the y7 ecu wasn`t mappable with ecutek everywhere ive tried will only do years 2001 onwards where abouts are you based jolly green monster thanks ian

Fortunatly that are wrong.

South east but mobile. Using area52's dyno tomorrow and road mapping in notts

In midlands regular.
