We got asked to come along to the Gymkhana Grid finals at very short notice last week, we took our rally car that we have designed not to slip on tarmac but we thought we would give it our best shot none the less This is what happened

Hi,

just a pity no one told Chris the driver to turn off the syvecs controled center diff.

The syvecs monitors all 4 wheels using the ABS sensor for wheel speed and activly tries its best to stop the car breaking away, bugger !

Roll on next year, we will have another pop at it.

Rally car is here being serviced for this weekends final stage of the MSA asphalt championship, we are currently third in the nation championship and even if we don’t turn up no one can take that from us, if however we do well we could pull a 2nd or even a first so all to play for.

I do try to edit in the car noise but with the sounds of the PA and the crowd it doesn't really work I'm afraid.

another reason that there wasnt much live car sound was our camera man squeling like a girl, all mega excited, its a wonder he got visual never mind sound too.

Hi,

for those who have followed our scoobyclinic, help 4 heroes, RAF rallycar an update.

The H4H rally car did the gymkhana last week and this weekend it did the final stage of the MSA asphalt challenge.

We went into the final in third place, we came out climbing the leader board to second place, not bad for a new build first year out.

We also ranked 2nd best driver overall and 1st for the co -driver, great team effort and a lot of learning done, lets see what next year brings. :winkin:
