Default changing keyfob battery 2005 uk spec.

Hey guys!

I'm sure this has been asked before,

UK spec keyfob (one button does all) does it have some residual memory whereby if I change the battery really quick it won't need reprogramming?

Or do they always need reprogramming after battery removal?

Didn't want to try it and see as I'm at work and I don't want to get stuck here

I assume reprogramming would involve the second key...

Cheers.

Is it the sigma fob(separate to the key)? I have changed my sigma fob battery countless times without any issues.

I've changed the batt in my newage before without reprogramming... I even left it out for a while because my car wouldn't unlock due to signal towers. Never once did I reprogramme it.
