Oh yeah. Didn't notice that.

In that case, rubbish advertising. No mention of Subaru in the title. Some people searching for a 6 speed set up may only search the words Subaru and or Impreza.

Perhaps this will help to get it shifted. Commission cash or cheque, I don't mind

Will This fit a classic? Quick or slow ratio?

Ask the seller on ebay. It's not mine. Just pointing it out.

But yes, it will fit a classic.

We have looked at the fixings and fully believe that whilst there is a bit of work to do to connect the gearlever cable change linkage set up to the underfloor of the car, everything else is a simple fit. To Impreza Legacy and Forester. They use a press clutch type and do not need a dual mass flywheel. A regular post 2005 WRX clutch will do the job.

We haven't done the conversion ourselves, so I am using the information from my engineers who are some of the best in the business.

Thanks for heads up about the lack of the word Subaru on the Ebay listing we are updating that now.

Good Luck - happy bidding - David

Yes of course, subject to the above regarding mounting the gear lever tower and change the clutch to press type.

This is the split case type, like the TY 754 5 speed boxes but with a 5th & 6th gear fitted into the rear housings. Viscous centre diff type with no possibility of making it Dccd type.

The gear sizes are physically smaller than the traditional 6 speeds and for that reason I am saying that I think a sensible limit will be 400 hp. If someone wants to see how far they can push them then that's fine.
