Default Exhaust bung

Have a Hayward & Scott cat back on the car at the mo and it can be a bit noisy especially the pops and bangs (some poor old gal nearly had a flipping heart attack the other day when it let out a colossal bang right at the side of her). I have an exhaust bung that just bolts in but the car is running 443 BHP and sounds as though it s being strangled with the bung in. Am I doing any damage or should I run round off the boost whilst it's in? Ta. Andy

You'll be ok just cruising around with it in but when your off out for a real blast I'd leave it out for sure.

Which model do you have out of interest ?
