AVCR comes with a 3 port. What car have you got & what mods etc?

They are very good bits of kit but you would need to get it set up correctly and the map tweaked to suit.

Hard to say, most likely something minor such as restrictor pill or maybe a leak. I dont know if anythings changed or if you've replaced anything recently? Did you carry out the mods/mapping etc

I would check for leaks near the BCS, maybe give it a clean & replace any split pipes.

There shouldn't be any holes there because that'll be letting in un-metered air.

I wouldn't expect an air leak on the induction side to cause a boost spike to be honest, I suspect there is another problem.
