I'm not too up on the Terzo, but there's a few things. Maybe a remap (or new ecu), exhaust, better filter/induction kit. Then bigger turbo, injectors, bigger top mount or front mount etc.

Terzo is just a uk turbo with a different paintjob and a few stickers. if you use the Search bar above you will find loads of threads on upgrades, injectors, turbo, exhaut, pannel filter and a remap are areas you want to look at. But there is no point having a fast car that doesn't Handle. So brakes, arbs, droplinks, wheels and tires should also be looked at. Rather than added bits here and there you need to work out what you want from the car ie 300bhp, then work out what you will need 440cc for this power, would suggest getting all the parts and keeping them to one side, and fitting all together over a weekend with some Mates just before the map or new ecu

It's possible to modify it and leave it looking virtually stock, worth it if it's stock to start with!
Running a nice little SC32 billet turbo we set up a very similar car with an Alcatek ECU recently that made a very respectable 300 plus bhp with really good spool up.
Lift the bonnet and you'd be hard pushed to see the difference, no bad thing with a limited edition car.
